Jared is doing pretty well today. He is completely off of Pentobarb. It will take a few days for him to be weaned off of any meds. They will slowly taper him down to methadone, then to Valium, until they can turn it all off. His numbers still look great.
Jared looks good, looks healthy. He looks like he's sleeping peacefully. It will be about a week before we see any signs of him waking up, it will be a slow process.

I work at Primary CHildren's in their PICU, so I have seen many, many miracles! Jared is blessed to have wonderful parents and it sounds like a wonderful team of nurses and physcians taking care of him. He is in our thoughts and our prayers! We have been folowing your blog every day. We are so glad to hear that things are looking up. Our family fasted and prayed yesterday for Jared and your family. We hope and pray that you feel love and comfort from Heavenly Father to help you through this most difficult time. We wish that we were closer so that we could be of more help, but you are continually in our thoughts and prayers.
